The more time that we spend roasting and drinking coffees from Honduras the more we find ourselves falling deeper and deeper in love. Honduras is an incredibly diverse country as far as farming practices and experimentation with varietals. This coffee is full of sweet fruitiness with layered notes of browned sugars.
